Who didn't want to jump into their TV set and live with this family? Or were you someone that decided you were more like one of the characters on the show, and just enjoyed watching? Either way, this show became an instant hit, and it's obvious to see why. Boy I miss this kind of family TV show. Now that I have children ages 2-12, these shows are sorely missed. Where, ow where are the 80's executives, that recognize the value of "family values". Uh, hello?!

I am right there with you! I so wish I could sit down & watch an episode or two right now. And the best part would be being able to watch it WITH my kids! Can't say that about anything else on primtime right now. So sad.
hee hee I've been letting the girls watch the Hallmark channel and Little house on the prairie and the Waltons have been on in the mornings....memories...like the corners of my mind...do you think they will someday ever read the books (Little House)? that's the hope anyway... wink wink!
