Gourmet S'more

I know you are all familiar with the s'more, but recently I found another more decadent way to make a s'more. Call it a Gourmet S'more.
After we had finished grilling out one night the kids wanted to roast marshmallows. Sure, why not. One of the kids asks, "Can we make S'mores?".
I replied, "No, I don't have any chocolate"

Got Graham crackers.

Got marshmallows.

Don't got chocolate!!

But...

wait.....

My genius eldest child (who is not really my most creative one, very cerebral) says,
"Mom, don't you have those Andes Mints?!"

Uh, yeah, I do!!
(How did he know? The little sneak, who turns out is sneakier than me)

And there you have it the Gourmet S'more was born. Minty, chocolatey, gooey and crunchy goodness.

No need to thank. Just doing my job :)
